ACH enters agreement with Foundation Radiology Group

To provide a consistently high level of care delivery, Foundation Radiology Group and Alliance Community Hospital have entered into a partnership to provide diagnostic imaging services to patients and physicians in Alliance and surrounding areas.

Alliance Community Hospital (ACH), a 204-bed facility, has been at the heart of the community since 1901 and has strived to provide the utmost in care to improve the health of the residents in Alliance and surrounding communities for over a century. ACH is fully accredited by the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP) and offers a quality medical staff of more than 150 active and covering physicians.

"Foundation's Elegant Radiology model provides access to superior subspecialty radiologists backed by a strong, systemic approach to measuring and reporting quality," said Stan Jonas, chief executive officer of ACH.

"Our new partnership with Foundation is a model solution for community hospitals. Having existing ACH radiologists, Dr. Fred Meoli and Dr. Steve Deutch join the Foundation team maintains the existing clinical relationships while introducing an innovative approach for delivering radiology care through Foundation's proven radiology model," said David Shroades, vice president of Professional Services/chief information officer.

Foundation Radiology brings the expertise of a large, highly skilled team of imaging experts to community hospitals across the area. By partnering with Foundation, these hospitals are able to rapidly expand the capabilities of their imaging team in order to keep their patients local.
