  • Has it been a long time since you had a good night’s sleep?
  • Would you like to have more energy during the day and an improved mood?
  • Have you been told that you snore while sleeping?
  • Do you feel tired even after a full night’s sleep?

If you answered ‘Yes!’ to any of these questions, then the Sleep Disorders Center at Alliance Community Hospital may be able to help you!

One-third of adult Americans (approximately 50 million people) suffer from a sleep problem and are not aware of it. The following is a list of symptoms to help you determine if you could be suffering from a sleep problem:

  • Snoring, interrupted sleep
  • Trouble falling asleep or staying asleep
  • Excessive daytime sleepiness
  • Unexplained morning headaches
  • Impotence
  • Sleepwalking, talking or other unusual sleep behavior
  • Fatigue
  • Depression

Recurring sleep problems usually mean that other aspects of your life may be suffering as well. Physical health, work performance, social relations and even sexual behavior are all directly influenced by the amount and quality of sleep.

If your physician recommends that you have a sleep study, ask to have your study performed at the Sleep Disorders Center at Alliance Community Hospital. You deserve the very best Comfort, Safety and Service!
