Alliance Community Hospital offers state of the art digital and computed imaging.
Alliance Community Hospital offers state of the art digital and computed imaging. When a patient’s exam is performed, the images are available for interpretation immediately. Doctors on staff have the opportunity to review images in their office, through hospital connection. This is just one way that the Imaging Department is trying to help the patient and physician to expedite diagnosis and possible treatment.
The patient’s exam images are digitally stored and always available for instant retrieval on our PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System). This is a specialized way of storing exams rather than making films which can be easily misplaced or lost when being sent to different physicians. This system is convenient for patients who need to see more than one doctor and coordinate care.
If you have any further questions, feel free to call our Imaging Department at 330-596-7700.
