Alliance Community Hospital (ACH) will host a Breast Cancer Awareness Program on October 20, 2012 starting at 9:00A.M. The event will be held in Conference Room 1-A in the hospital cafeteria.
The program will include a Survivor Talk with a member of Ohio’s All Breast Cancer Survivor Dragon Boat Team from Portage Lakes and a Group Panel Discussion with Dr. Cortese, Dr. Demas, Radiation Oncologist, and Dr. Mitchell, Surgeon.
The first 20 ladies to register will receive free breast exams. Raffle prizes and a digital mammogram will also be awarded during the event. Free blood pressures and informational handouts will also be offered.
ACH Colleagues who attend are eligible to receive one wellness signature. Please call educational Services at (330) 596-7889 with questions or to register by October 19th.
