Alliance Community Hospital Vice President of Professional Services/CIO, David Shroades, is shown serving hospital employees at the facility’s annual Colleague Christmas Brunch. The Executive Team of the hospital greets the staff as they enjoy a gourmet lunch consisting of several entrees, appetizers and desserts. “It’s just our small way of thanking the staff for a job well done and taking time out to spend a few moments together,” he said. Shroades said the staff was also asked to bring in canned goods for donation to the Alliance Food Pantry.
“We’ve collected a few hundred items from the beginning of autumn through now,” said Patty Kimerer, PWE, ACH’s PR/Foundation Director. Kimerer said the food collection has been ongoing and actually coincided with the hospital’s annual United Way fundraising campaign. This year, ACH raised just under $11,000 for the United Way.
