At Alliance Community Hospital our employees are referred to as Colleagues. The Colleague Relations Department acts as an advocate for our Colleagues. The department deals primarily with the hiring process and posting job listings. They also manage health and life insurance, retirement funds, vacation time, sick time and personal days.
