If you live in the city limits of Alliance and you do not have access to get to your doctor’s appointment, AHP offers a service that makes sure patients do not have to cancel their appointments because they have no way of getting there.
AHP started the Alliance Health Partners Shuttle Service to help fill the gap in transportation services left when taxi services in town ceased operations.
This shuttle service provides round trip transportation from a patient’s home to a physician’s office, as long as both are within the city limits of Alliance. The Alliance Health Partners Shuttle Service is available weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Advance notice must be given at least 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment. Please call 330-596-7133 to schedule an appointment.
Patients must be self sufficient or have an aide. Patients not at least 16 years of age are required to have a family member accompany them.
