Alliance, with a population of approximately 24,000 people, is situated in beautiful Northeast Ohio, just a short drive from the larger Akron-Canton area and a 90-minute distance from cities such as Cleveland and Pittsburgh.

It boasts excellent reputations of the University of Mount Union, Alliance City Schools and surrounding community schools, family-oriented peaceful Silver Park, historic Glamorgan Castle, a host of churches to suit many denominations, and our hospital - Alliance Community Hospital, a state-of-the-art health care facility that just completed its $70 million, three- building expansion project.
There is something for everyone in Alliance including shopping at various locations, fine and casual dining establishments, movie theaters, a bowling alley, plentiful golf courses, the Rodman Public Library, which continually offers a number of cultural and educational programs designed to appeal to all ages, as well as the fun filled ten-day Carnation City Festival held every August.
Alliance is a city as strong as its name implies. It's a great place to visit and live.
