Patient Centered Visitation
Visits to patients by family members and friends are welcome at the Hospital, as they are an important part of the recovery process. However, please keep in mind that patient care is our first priority. During your visit, we may need to ask you to leave the room while the patient’s physician, nurse or other hospital Colleague cares for the patient.
To keep family members up-to-date on the condition and care plan of a patient in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), we offer a 24-hour ICU Patient Hotline. Family members are asked to designate one person as the contact with the Unit. Appropriate identification must be provided by the family spokesperson when calling the hotline. The ICU Patient Hotline number is 330-596-7243.
