The Engineering Department at Alliance Community Hospital is responsible for all maintenance and aesthetics of the Hospital. The department’s services include any and all biomedical and conventional repairs, painting, wallpapering, plaster and lawn care.
The department is currently building a new preventive maintenance system that will incorporate a correct maintenance work order that shows the history of each piece of equipment. This will not only provide correct documentation, but will also ensure the proper and effective use of equipment used at ACH.
Following the Planetree philosophy, the Engineering Department focuses more on patient needs in order to not disruptive patient care, so that patients will receive the best care possible at ACH.
